About the service

The Community Link Worker programme is funded by the Scottish Government and runs in partnership with NHS Lothian, EVOC and South West Edinburgh GP services to support the uptake of local resources for health and well being.

Health All Round has three Community Link Workers who work with Sighthill, Whinpark, Springwell and Murrayfield Medical Practice. Clients are referred to Link Workers by their GP and are then supported to access and attend Health All Round or other similar services within Edinburgh to improve their health and wellbeing.

If you are referred to Health All Round by a Community Link Worker we may, with your permission, continue to involve them until you feel that you are receiving the support (or services) that you need.

Link workers provide both telephone and face to face support, they can accompany you to activities or simply give you the information you need - whichever you prefer.
